Shipping Policy

We ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail, with a 2-3 day delivery. We ship at least once a week – on Monday. Insurance is added on orders over $100.
You will receive an email from Click N Ship with a shipping update and confirmation number.

Because we use USPS, we can ship to PO Boxes or residential addresses. Please be sure to give us the entire address, including apartment number, street, highway, etc. Make sure that the Post Office is able to deliver to your address.

If you need it sooner than 2-3 day delivery, your order must be placed before 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday for same day shipping. Please indicate on your order in the comment box that you want your order shipped next day.

For expedited orders, we use FedEx and will charge your Credit Card for the shipping directly through FedEx. You will receive a tracking number from us at the time of shipping.

International orders are shipped by USPS First Class International, with up to two weeks delivery. We will contact you with the shipping charges at the time the order has been processed for shipping. If you don’t want to order before knowing what the international shipping charges are, please write us an email prior to ordering. Once you place an order, we begin to process your credit card.

We welcome purchase orders from any state or federally funded institution. Purchase orders must be a minimum of $125 and be paid within 30 days. Purchase Orders can be mailed to Burridge Studio at

Return Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that we have provided. If you are unhappy with any product you receive from us, please feel free to return the item(s) within 21 days. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact Kate at 805-459-1503 or email as soon as possible. If you are sending us a package back please just address the package to:

If we’ve made the mistake or the product is damaged in transit, we’ll pay for the product’s return… if you’ve made the mistake, you are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. Exact Freight is charged on exchange orders. Please do not send prepaid envelopes. All damaged or defective media will be replaced by identical products.
