I recently heard the creative and passionate Quincy Jones talk about knowing how to pick his top performers. "There are those who have IT and those who don't."

That's pretty much it... you can just feel it.

Kind of like when you just KNOW when your painting is finished... you have achieved your painting goals... it is a WINNER. You can just feel it. And you have got to believe you have IT.

Go for IT.
