Our Shipping Policies and Information:
Please allow one business day for order processing. Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday only. Orders placed on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
Tropical Chocolate Co. recommends shipping chocolate to destinations in the continental U.S. via 2-day air from November to March and next-day air for the rest of the year due to higher temperatures.
Due to warm weather in some states, we cannot guarantee our chocolate product quality at arrival with ground shipping. Chocolate will melt at temperatures of 72 degrees and higher. Although we make every effort to minimize warm weather product damage with secure packaging and ice packs, we do not guarantee product quality with ground shipping. We highly recommend that you choose 2-day air or Overnight shipping to guarantee that your chocolates arrive fresh and undamaged.
Please provide a street address for your order as we are not able to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Saturday delivery is currently not available from our online store.
We do not ship outside of the continental U.S.

CHOCOLATE PRODUCT CARE:
Once you have received your Tropical Chocolate Co. chocolates, we recommend keeping them in a cool (60 to 70 degrees) dry environment. If you must refrigerate chocolates, place them in a zip lock style bag. Allow the chocolates to warm to room temperature prior to opening the bag. Because we use only pure and fresh ingredients, please enjoy the chocolates within 10 days of purchase to ensure freshness.
